10 Jenis JunkFood Menurut WHO (World Health Organisation)

Hello healthy people!!


Bagi kalian semua yang belum tahu, inilah 10 jenis junkfood menurut WHO (World Health Organization). Sangat berguna lho untuk kebaikkan kita bersama. Ayo simaaaaaak!

1) Gorengan

Selain kandungan kalorinya, kandungan lemak atau minyak dan oksidanya pun juga tinggi lho.. bila dikonsumsi secara reguler dapat menyebabkan kegemukan maupun penyakit jantung koroner. dalam proses menggoreng, banyak terbentuk zat karsiogenik, dimana telah dibuktikan memiliki kecenderungan menyebabkan kanker.

2) Makanan kalengan

Baik yang berupa buah ataupun daging, kandungan gizinya sudah banyak dirusak, terlebih kandungan vitaminnya hampir seluruhnya dirusak. Kandungan proteinnya telah mengalami perubahan sifat hingga penyerapannya diperlambat. Nilai gizinya jauh berkurang. Banyak buah kalengan berkadar gula tinggi dan diasup ke tubuh dalam bentuk cair sehingga penyerapannya sangat cepat. Dalam waktu singkat dapat menyebabkan kadar gula darah meningkat, memberatkan beban pankreas. Bersamaan dengan tingginya kalori dapat menyebabkan obesitas.

3) Asinan 

Dalam proses pengasinan dibutuhkan penambahan garam secara signifikan, yang dapat mengakibatkan kandungan garam makanan tersebut melewati batas, menambah beban ginjal. Bagi pengonsumsi makanan asinan tersebut, bahaya hipertensi dapat terjadi. Terlebih pada proses pengasinan sering ditambahkan amonium nitrit yang menyebabkan peningkatan bahaya kanker hidung dan tenggorokan. Kadar garam tinggi dapat merusak selaput lendir lambung dan usus. Bagi mereka yang secara kontinu mengonsumsi makanan asin kemungkinan dapat terkena radang lambung dan usus.


4. Daging Olahan (ham, sosis, dll) 

Mengandung garam nitrit yang dapat menyebabkan kanker juga mengandung pengawet atau pewarna yang memberatkan beban hati.


 5. Jeroan dan Daging Berlemak 

Makanan ini mengandung lemak jenuh dan kolesterol tinggi. Konsumsi jeroan dalam jumlah banyak dan jangka waktu yang lama dapat menyebabkan sakit jantung koroner, tumor ganas, dan kanker.


6. Makanan yang Dipanggang/Dibakar 

Jika dikonsumsi secara reguler dalam jumlah yang tinggi dan jangka waktu lama, makanan jenis ini akan memperbesar resiko penyakit kanker karena mengandung zat penyebab kanker.


7. Sajian Manis Beku 

Es krim dan frozen cake adalah contoh junk food golongan ini. Junk food ini mengandung kadar mentega tinggi yang menyebabkan obesitas, kadar gula tinggi yang mengurangi nafsu makan, dan suhu rendah yang memberi efek negatif bagi usus.


8. Manisan Kering 

Mengandung garam nitrat, manisan kering akan bergabung dengan amonium di dalam tubuh dan menghasilkan zat karsiogenik yang akan merusak organ-organ tubuh, terutama hati. Makanan ini juga akan mengakibatkan tekanan darah tinggi dan kerusakan ginjal.


 9. Mi Instan dan Makanan Cepat saji (fast food) 

Makanan yang menjadi favorit dan praktis ini ternyata mengandung garam dalam jumlah sangat tinggi, serta vitamin dan mineral dalam jumlah sangat rendah. Kadar garam yang tinggi mengandung trans lipid, memperberat beban ginjal dan pembuluh darah jantung, serta menaikkan tekanan darah.


10. Olahan Keju 

Makanan olahan keju yang dikonsumsi dalam jumlah banyak akan menambah berat badan yang menaikkan kadar gula darah. Kadar lemak dan gula yang tinggi menyebabkan pengosongan perut, hyperakiditas, dan rasa terbakar.
